Youth ministry is a vital part of our congregations – and vital to the future of our Churches! Today's youth are the congregations of adults of the future and it is important that we engage in faith formation with our youth in developmentally appropriate ways.

Youth ministry at this time and place in history is full of questions:  How do we talk with teens about faith?  How do we address their questions which can feel threatening to our beliefs?  How do we talk about sex (or should we even go there?) from a Christian perspective while their hormones are raging?  What age is the most appropriate for Confirmation? How do we find a niche in the over-scheduled, busy lives of the teens in our pews?  And what about a Mission trip?
