In her sermon, Rev. Carol Lakota Eastin talked about her stole, which was hand beaded with more than 40,000 beads.
Rev. Carol Lakota Eastin pointed out another beaded stole made by the late Rev. Peter Parent that includes 250,000 beads.
Rev. Alicia Velez Stewart rang the bowl for each name being remembered as read by Conference Biographer Leeda Marsh.
