The Rev. Franklin Kooker died on March 10, 2011. Rev. Kooker, a retired elder in the New England Conference, served churches in Chelmsford and Medford, MA and also served as the Director of Camps & Conferences of the New England Conference. His spouse, Demaris, is currently receiving chemotherapy treatment. Condolences may be sent to her daughter's home at 29 Great Rock Road, Sherborn, MA 01770. After April 1, condolences may be sent to the Kooker's home at 141 Great Pines Drive, Mashpee, MA 02649. A Memorial Service in celebration of Franklin "Frank" E. Kooker's life will be held April 30, 2011, at 11 AM at John Wesley UMC, 270 Gifford St. (at Jones Rd), Falmouth, MA 02540, (Tel. 508-548-3050) with The Rev. Dr. David Calhoun officiating.
