Elsie Keeffe, spouse of Rev. Bill Keeffe, a retired elder in the New England Conference, died this morning at Hospice House in Concord, NH. Calling hours will be Tuesday, January 15th, from 6-8 PM at Waters Funeral home, 50 South Main St, Concord, NH. Her service will be held at Wesley United Methodist Church, 79 Clinton Street, Concord NH on Wednesday, January 16th, at 7 PM. Condolences may be sent to Rev.
