Circle Process is a new feature at June’s Annual Conference session. Many members have expressed a desire for more time to be in Holy Conferencing and dialog with each other, and this an opportunity for that.

During the process, the “talking piece” is passed to each person around the circle in turn and each is given the opportunity to speak uninterrupted.

The talking pieces we will use are these small crosses (pictured above) hand-carved from olive wood that is pruned from trees around Bethlehem for a group called “Caring Crosses.” The local woodcarvers who make the crosses are paid fairly for their work.

The Circle Process is scheduled for 2-4 p.m. on Thursday, June 16. Watch this newsletter for more on Circle Process.
