Bishops discern ways for churches choosing to separate from UMC
 

The Council of Bishops met March 15, 2022, and discerned pathways for churches choosing disaffiliation and separation. The bishops also asked the Judicial Council for a declaratory decision regarding holding Jurisdictional Conferences to elect and assign bishops.
