Dr. Ted Marcy is a professor emeritus at the University of Vermont larger college of medicine, where he was a pulmonary and critical care physician. He has a master's in public health from Harvard and was very involved in Vermont’s Tobacco Control Program. He is married to Rev. Kim Horning-Marcy, a retired NEAC elder. He is a member of the Willesden (VT) Federated Church and serves on the Conference Board of Pensions.
Dr. Kevin Fickenscher has extensive experience in strategic and operational development in complex healthcare organizations. He is a recognized thought leader related to health and healthcare transformation through the effective application of technology, telecare, information management and leadership. He is very active in the United Methodist Church, serving on the Board of Ordained Ministry and on his local board at the First UMC of Portsmouth, ME.
