Interested groups are invited to apply for display space at the 2017 New England Annual Conference session. The session is June 15-17, at the Radisson Downtown in Manchester, NH. Display space is available beginning Wednesday, June 14.

Applications for displays will be accepted until Wednesday, April 5, 2017.

Applicants will be notified of acceptance by May 2 and will be billed at that time. No payment is necessary to apply.

Display tables are 6-foot banquet size.

Fees are as follows:

• $40 per table for Conference committees, task forces or agencies, and local churches
• $125 per table for all others (individuals, other church or UM-related agencies)
• $25 additional fee for electrical power
