There are no display tables at our virtual session, but that doesn’t mean you can’t showcase your ministry or organization. We are inviting folks to create a video “commercial” that will play during pauses and breaks in the online Annual Conference session.

For each commercial (maximum of 90 seconds) we are asking for a $100 donation to the United Methodist Foundation of New England’s Justice in Our Time Fund for anti-racism work. 

If you are interested, fill out the application form by May 1, 2021.

The Sessions Committee will review the applications, and you will be notified of the status of your application no later than May 4; if approved, you will receive details on how to submit your commercial and an invoice.

Completed commercials will be due June 4.
