Conference seeks Human Resources/Benefits manager

The New England Conference of The United Methodist Church is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources and Benefits Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes.
 
The person in this critical role must be someone who can develop effective relationships with all of our constituents to provide knowledgeable, responsive customer service around employment policies and health, pension and welfare benefit plans. The Human Resources and Benefits Manager also acts as our liaison to the General Board of Pensions and Health Benefits and New England Conference committees.
