When members of the New England Annual Conference cast their votes this year – whether on resolutions and petitions or for delegates to the General and Jurisdictional conferences – they will be using electronic voting devices.

Lay members will pick up their devices on Thursday morning, June 18, 2015, as they head into the Laity Session. The session, which begins at 10 a.m., will include instruction/practice using the devices.

Clergy members and others who do not attend Laity Session will pick up their devices prior to Opening Worship, which begins at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday. There will be instruction on how to use the devices at the beginning of the first plenary session, which begins at 3 p.m.
