Lay Servant Ministry Basic Course
Did you know that when you serve on a committee, help with worship services, sing, and offer support to others, that you are, “in ministry”? You are!
Join us to find out about what it means to be part of the “priesthood of believers”.
This 10-hour course covers the three main categories of Lay Servant Ministry: Leading, Caring and Communicating. This is the foundational course upon which all other Lay Servant Ministries courses are based.
Note: if CDC or church guidelines change, we will make alternate arrangements to hold the class safely.

Please purchase the textbook beforehand: Lay Servant Ministries Basic Course Participant’s Book (Sandy Jackson & Brian Jackson; 2013, 2017 edition). The book is available through Cokesbury, Upper Room, or Amazon.
