Holy Land Pilgrimage 2020 

Bishop Sudarshana Devadhar is planning another spiritual pilgrimage to the Holy Land -  his last as Boston Area Resident Bishop. The trip will be Feb. 10-20, 2020, and is organized through Educational Opportunities (EO). 

“Walking in the footsteps of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will impact your ministry forever,” Bishop Devadhar said. “I know the trip will be educational and spiritually life-changing.”

The trip cost includes:

  • Airfare from Boston
  • The basic tour
  • Guided sightseeing
  • Meals (breakfast and dinner), lodging, local transportation, and other fees

Discounted pricing applies to the following groups:

  • Ordinands, which includes ordained elders and deacons, provisional deacons and elders, local pastors with an MDiv or who have completed course of study and who have NOT traveled to Holy Land before
  • Spouses of first-time clergy travelers also get a special discount
  • Clergy who have been commissioned or ordained in 2017, 2018 or 2019 receive an additional discount through EO (check box to activate the discount upon registration).

Also note that scholarships of $750 are available for clergy traveling to the Holy Land for the first time. These are courtesy of the New England Conference Trustees, and are available on first come, first served basis.

Please submit your registration directly to EO as directed in the brochure. (Any clergy traveling at ordinand price must register as a host).
