If you have a youth aged 12-16 who will be attending the Annual Conference session in person, but not serving as equalization members, we are happy to welcome them to participate! There will be some designated tables (look for the signs) at the back of the plenary space for them to gather and observe the proceedings. We will also provide some activities. We encourage those who are willing to assist our ushers with passing out documents or responding to the needs of members who are struggling with their electronic devices during voting. Contact Brenda Cayer to take part at bishopsoffice@neumc.org
