Resolutions are generally submitted by annual conference agencies, committees, task forces, or ad hoc groups. It is possible, however, for a resolution to be submitted by any member of the annual conference (lay or clergy) or by any local church.

Conference agencies, committees, task forces, or ad hoc groups also submit an annual report that appears in the Pre-Conference Materials. Reports may not exceed 700 words. Other requirements for Reports can be found in Section II.B. on Page 4 of the Conference Policies and Procedures document.

All resolutions and reports are to be submitted to Annual Conference Secretary Preeti Pabreja at secretary@neumc.org no later than April 1, 2023. Submit materials using Microsoft Word.  If you need assistance feel free to reach out to Ms. Pabreja.
