Grace Pugh Hubbard is the part-time Climate Coordinator for the New England Conference. She is a member of Essex Center United Methodist Church in Vermont, where her husband, Dr. Joel D. Hubbard, serves as pastor. 
 
The Climate Coordinator works with the Board of Church & Society and the newly created volunteer Creation Care Taskforce to offer information and resources to individuals and churches so that we can be good stewards of the Earth and our natural resources.  
 
Hubbard also helps us advocate for effective local and state policies to combat climate change and support the environment. She will help organize state and district-level groups to educate churches on the many options for practicing faithful Christian stewardship and to work for climate justice.  
 
Hubbard has worked with United Women of Faith and the Church Center for the United Nations in New York as well as with NGOs locally, regionally, nationally, and internationally.
