Registration for accommodations for the 2023 Annual Conference session, Thursday to Saturday, June 8-10, is open now.
NOTE: The Clergy and Laity sessions and the Preachers' Aid Society Lunch will be Wednesday, June 7.
You must reserve your accommodations on your own. The Annual Conference registration form does not include accommodations; please use the information below.
About AC accommodations
The Conference has reserved blocks of rooms, at a discount, at the Manchester hotels listed here.
Deadlines apply to rooms in the specially priced blocks, and rooms may sell out before the deadline. Block rates are for Wednesday to Saturday.

NOTE ABOUT HOTEL SPACE: While we would like to accommodate everyone attending Annual Conference at the DoubleTree, the hotel has only 190 rooms; our contract includes the hotel's entire capacity with the exception of a few rooms under contract for airline personnel. We have negotiated with the hotels below to get the best rates possible for the overflow.

Parking at Annual Conference
There is a charge for parking at the DoubleTree Manchester Downtown. The Conference will pay for parking for those staying at the hotel and commuters to Annual Conference.
We will validate parking Thursday through Saturday for commuters. Parking validations can be obtained at the Annual Conference registration table (not the hotel registration desk) during its open hours. Details about hours will be provided closer to the session.
We validate parking for Clergy Session beginning at 2 pm on Wednesday, June 7. (Those attending the clergy luncheon Wednesday receive a reduced parking rate from the Preachers' Aid Society).
