This team will work together to help the District with visioning, planning, and programming as we try to live into God's desire for us. The District Finance Committee is composed of lay and clergy members who serve as a resource for local churches with regard to education about stewardship and financial matters. The committee also is available as a resource for concerns about Mission Shares and has been proactive in working with churches who have struggled to meet their obligations. [TOP]
This committee serves as a resource for local congregations that are considering such things as church improvement projects related to buildings/properties or the disposition or acquisition of property and facilities. Contact Tracie Wright at vmtclb@outlook.com.
This committee relates to the District Superintendent, providing support for the ministry of the District Superintendent and serving as eyes and ears on the district. This group will be involved with the consideration of a new location for the district office and parsonage. [TOP]
