In order to provide smarter health care to best serve all HealthFlex participants, the New England Conference will offer the full range of coverage options through HealthFlex Exchange effective Jan. 1, 2021.  

NOTE: This change applies only to HealthFlex participants. United HealthCare Group Medicare Advantage Plan/Guardian Dental participants will remain on the same plan (see the pages at right).

More about HealthFlex Exchange

By moving to the HealthFlex Exchange, you will have more plans to choose from, giving you more control over managing your health and how you pay for it. 

HealthFlex Exchange offers a broad range of plan designs, including:

  • Six medical/pharmacy plans, most of which include a health savings account (HSA) or health reimbursement account (HRA) to help offset out-of-pocket expenses
  • Three dental plans
  • Three vision plans.

All Six Medical Plans will still include:

  • Preventative and wellness services are covered at 100%, with no deductible required
  • The same network providers and the same prescription drug formularies
  • All plans include a deductible which must be met before the insurance pays.

Well-being programs, such as VirginPulse, Health Coaching, Employee Assistance Program, MDLIVE tele-medicine, Weight Watchers and others are included.
