2021 Commonwealth East District Church Conference Forms and Due Date Checklist (9/8/2021)

Please note that the Bishop has requested that ALL churches submit an updated Church Profile and that ALL clergy submit an updated Clergy Profile to the district office by 12/1/2021 (even if these were updated in 2020).
