Signing Up/Schedule


Is your church listed on this (blue) list?

  • YES (listed on the blue list): DS We Chang will preside at the SPRC meeting followed by a Church Conference.
    • Click here to choose a SPRC meeting followed by a Church Conference with We Chang. Sign up by October 3, 2022.
    • These meeting can be in person or take place on Zoom*.  Please specify which you prefer.
    • Church Conference Forms: See info below.
    • Worship Materials: See info below. 
  • NO (not listed on the blue list): DS We Chang will preside at the SPRC meeting on Zoom*.
    • Click here to choose a SPRC time with We Chang. Sign up by October 3, 2022.
    • A district Elder will preside at your church's Church Conference. Regional Elders will work with district Elders and churches to set the church conference date and time.  Regional Elders are listed on the last page of the District Mission Strategy.
    • Ideally, the Church Conference will be held after the SPRC meeting.  The goal is to complete all church conferences between October 23 and December 1, 2022.
    • Church Conference Forms: See info below.  PLEASE NOTE: There may be churches whose church conferences take place before We Chang’s meeting with the church SPRC. These churches will need to send the Pastor’s Report, 2023 Pastoral Compensation Report, Housing Allowance/Exclusion (if applicable) and Parsonage Inspection Report (if applicable) to the CE district office one week prior to the church conference date.
    • Worship Materials: See info below.  PLEASE NOTE: We Chang will provide a business-focused order for Church Conference in addition to/instead of the Worship Materials.  More information will come later.
