Guidelines:
NEW: Accessibility Audit
According to The Book of Discipline, churches are to complete the Annual Accessibility Audit and include it with their charge conference forms. The Baltimore-Washington Conference has produced a brief training video for how to complete the audit form. Click here to view.
Energy Audit (Not Mandatory)
The 2022 New England Annual Conference passed a resolution encouraging all churches to report in and celebrate what they are doing to care for creation and fight climate change at their Church Conferences (RS-22-222).
The following forms must be sent to the district office, two weeks prior to meeting with the DS
Additional Forms and Due Dates:
Due in the district office one week following the Church Conference:
Applications due in November – Prior DS Review Required.
Additional District Forms Due - November 23rd (Reviewed and updated each year)
Due District office - January 31st (and 7/31 - with a midyear change of appointment)
Certification of Payment Form - new format
Reports Due February 14th
Reports Due March 31st
