  • Consent Calendar - routine items voted on in one block

    • Prior to Annual Conference, send requests to remove an item from the Consent Calendar to Ralph Oduor, Conference Secretary, PO Box 249, Lawrence, MA 01842-0449.  10 signatures are required to remove an item and have it addressed and debated individually on the floor.

  • 2012 Resolutions for debate and action.
    • Open the list of 2012 Resolutions by clicking on the link above, and then you may click on a specific resolution to read, comment, or post a question for the maker of the Resolution.

  • Video Submission Instructions:  If you have a video approved on the Annual Conference agenda to be played during Annual Conference, you can submit it in one of 3 ways:

1. Send a DVD to Alexx Wood, NEUMC, 276 Essex Street, PO Box 249, Lawrence, MA 01842-0449. Deadline May 21.

2. Upload your video to YouTube or other video sharing site, and send the link to Alexx Wood at communicate@neumc.org. Please also reference the name of the video, your group or agency, and any specific reference to a report or time slot on the agenda if applicable.

3. If your video cannot be submitted by one of the previous methods, contact Alexx Wood at communicate@neumc.org and ask for video upload instructions.
