PLEASE NOTE that Friday and Saturday workshop sessions will be CHOSEN ON-SITE AT GRACE CHAPEL, Nov 16-17. These regular workshop sessions will not require selection in advance of the event. However, if you will be registering for one of the Pre-Conference Intensive sessions, CLICK HERE for the Pre-Conference Session Descriptions BEFORE you start your registration.

Group rates are available only for a group of people all from one local congregation.
 
Cancellation Policy:
  • If cancelled before JUNE 30, 2012, all fees returned.
  • $25 non-refundable registration fee per person if cancelled between JULY 1 and OCTOBER 26, 2012.
  • NO REFUNDS for cancellations received after OCTOBER 26, 2012
Payment:
All registrations should be completed online, regardless of payment option.  PayPal is used to process online and credit card payments, however, you do NOT need a PayPal account to process your transaction. If you prefer to pay by check, please register online and choose "Pay by Check" as your payment option. Once you submit your registration, simply print out a copy of your confirmation and send it with your check to:

If registering after the deadline, you must register on-site. On-site registrations must pay by Cash or Check only (no Credit Card payments accepted on-site). No scholarships are available for on-site registrations.
