  Rev. Edgar J. Helms, retired elder, died peacefully at home on Sunday, May 12, 2013 at the age of 92. Rev. Helms served churches in Massachusetts including Newton: Lower Falls-Wellesley, Wellesley: Christ, Milford, Springfield: Wesley, and Westfield: First; he was also the Chaplain at the Belchertown State School.  A memorial service will be held August 11, 2013 at 2 PM at the United Church of Christ, Wiscasset ME.
