Please keep Rev. Linda Peabody and her family in your prayers. Linda is the pastor of the Bolton UMC located in Bolton, CT. Her mother, Mildred Peabody, passed away on Sunday, January 24th. Calling hours will be held at the Devito Funeral Home located in Arlington, MA on Wednesday, January 27th, from 11 AM to 1 PM. Immediately following calling hours there will be a graveside service. A Memorial Service for Moriah Fowler, 19-year-old daughter of the Rev. Mark Fowler and Kathy Fowler, will be held at Carter Memorial UMC, 800 Highland Avenue, Needham, MA Saturday, February 13th at 1 PM. Mark and his wife Susan will be present.
Pastor Caroline Edge will officiate. The Rev. Dean Francis, pastor at First UMC, Evanston, IL, who is Marks pastor will preach. The Chancel Choir of Carter will bring special music.
A time of reception will be provided by the congregation following the service for friends, colleagues, and family to be with Mark and Susan.
Directions to church: Take exit 19b off I-95. Continue straight through two stop lights and pass the church on the left and then turn left onto Hunnewell Avenue and then left into the church parking lot. There is also a town prking lot further on Hunnewell Avenue on the right.
