WORKSHOPS OFFERED:
Morning workshop is keynote session. Afternoon session is your choice—pick one of four workshop offerings.
 
AM Keynote Session: Doing What is Needed. Leader: Rev. Curtis Brown. Becoming a relevant and powerful church requires a deep understanding of the ministry needs of the neighborhoods and communities that you are serving. In this workshop, you will learn how to assess the deep needs of your ministry area by asking good questions, conducting some research, and building relationships. From this basis, you will learn key steps in developing a ministry plan that engages these needs.
 
PM Sessions (your choice):
Learn more about being in mission in your communities, our region, and the world.
· Youth in Mission (for adult leaders of youth/young adults). Ms. Lorraine Macpherson
· Local and Regional Mission Opportunities and Resources. Ms. Alexx Wood
· Volunteers in Mission in the New England Conference. Mr. David Stackpole.
· Mission Opportunity for Youth (hands-on project at Cooper Center, ages 12-17).
