PLEASE SEND YOUR COMPLETED PRESENTATION TO THE COMMUNICATIONS OFFICE BY JUNE 9, 2008.

Using this template is easy!

1. Download the template to your computer. Click on the link above and save the template.

2A. If you are creating a new presentation, double-click on the template and begin working on your presentation.

2B. If you already have a presentation, you can "apply" this template to your existing presentation.

   --Open your existing presentation

   --Select the "Format" menu, then "Apply Design Template"...

   --Browse and find the AC2008 Template that you downloaded on your system. Select this template and click "Apply".  Your slides will be updated with the new design.   NOTE: This will not change the content in your presentation - it will only change the design/look to this template. However, you may need to make slight adjustments to your slides because of font sizes or styles.

COMPLETED PRESENTATION MUST BE IN TO THE
COMMUNICATIONS OFFICE BY JUNE 9, 2008.
